A nationally recognized designer of model homes interiors, multi-family amenity spaces, and environments, Tracy Holmes, president and creative lead of Studio H had the privilege of being mentored by some of the industries leaders. She started the firm in 2001 and has won awards with her clients, including the Best In American Living Award from NAHB, the Sales and Marketing Award, and multiple Gold Keys from the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago.
With attention to the creative potential and the practical constraints of every project, Holmes is committed to delivering seamless, detailed and punctual service to corporate and developer clients alike. Holmes devotes to every project, large or small, a passionate creative energy that benefits her clients, the community and the inhabitants to enable them to be their best.
